Este o premieră RO-Wine și unul dintre motivele pentru care ediția de la Craiova va fi cu adevărat specială.

Pe 14 noiembrie, te așteaptă un line-up complet, cu producători locali, crame cunoscute din România și selecții internaționale, reunite pentru o singură zi la Winter Special Edition.
O ediție pentru pasionați și profesioniști
RO-Wine Craiova aduce în același loc iubitori de vin, reprezentanți HoReCa, importatori, distribuitori și producători.

Selgros aduce experiența gourmet
O degustare bună nu se oprește în pahar.
În calitate de Partener Gourmet al RO-Wine Craiova, Selgros va fi prezent cu un stand propriu și preparate create pentru a completa vinurile degustate în cadrul festivalului.
Te așteaptă combinații de arome și texturi, idei de pairing și preparate care transformă pauza dintre degustări într-o experiență în sine.
Descoperă arta degustării brânzeturilor italiene
Italia vine la RO-Wine Craiova printr-un masterclass dedicat brânzeturilor italiene DOP, organizat de ICE – Agenția Italiană pentru Comerț Exterior, în colaborare cu Assolatte – Asociația Italiană a Industriei Lactatelor.
Participanții vor degusta sortimente de brânzeturi italiene, de la variante proaspete până la cele îndelung maturate, și vor descoperi cum pot fi combinate și puse în valoare în farfurie.
Masterclass-ul va fi susținut de Maeștrii Degustători Giuseppe Casolo și Giorgio Telmon, degustători oficiali ONAF, alături de chef Andrea Fugnanesi, membru al asociației Ambasciatori del Gusto.

This is a first for RO-Wine and one of the details that will make the Craiova edition truly special.

Discover the art of Italian cheese tasting
Italy comes to RO-Wine Craiova through a masterclass dedicated to Italian PDO cheeses, organised by ICE – Italian Trade Agency, in partnership with Assolatte – the Italian Dairy Industry Association.
Participants will taste a selection of Italian cheeses, ranging from fresh varieties to long-aged specialities, and discover how they can be combined and showcased on the plate.
The masterclass will be led by Master Cheese Tasters Giuseppe Casolo and Giorgio Telmon, official ONAF tasters, alongside chef Andrea Fugnanesi, a member of the Ambasciatori del Gusto association.
