Sirtalis Cerclage System for Periprosthetic Fractures

Description

The system can use:

• large diaphysis plates
• hook type plates
• MIS lateral distal femoral plates
• MIS lateral proximal tibia plates

The system uses locked polyaxial screws and 3.5 / 5.1 mm cortical screws.

The system provides a butterfly-type attachment with 4 holes that attach to the locked plate, and for the bone uses 4 of 3.5 mm locked screws. The system uses Cercle Bands with a "spike" profile and a locking system with a staple. The system uses threaded screw heads that cover these holes to cover unused holes.
