Cranioplasty patient-specific implants

Description

These patient-specific implants can be necessary, for example, after trauma, tumor operations, surgical access or for functional-aesthetic corrections.

The company has developed its own process for manufacturing such implants.

This new process enables the production of implants that are individually adapted to the patient.Modeling, construction and production are only planned virtually.Taking into account the operational aspects, it is therefore possible to manufacture patient-specific implants within a very short period of time.

The implementation process of a PSI:

- 3D CT scan according to a protocol provided by the company through the medical representative or radiologist.

- taking over the CT information and online delivery to the manufacturer

- CT3D information processing (done according to a special protocol)

- the manufacture of an implant specific to a certain situation, defect, patient or pathology and from a certain material.
